Symphony Park leans on over a decade’s development experience, having created over 10,000 new beds, across 24 locations, with a real passion for creating brands and products focused around people’s needs.
Symphony Park embodies Vita’s mission ‘to create environments in which people can thrive’ this has been channelled into creating a brand which steps away from traditions, moves on preconceptions of senior living and instead focusses on what can be innovated, what can be done better, how can Symphony Park be the best for its residents.
Trevor has been creating thriving communities for over a decade having previously been Managing Director of Vita Student, helping to take the business to over 4,000 beds across the country. Trevor also successfully launched CitySuites with two luxury aparthotels now in operation.
Prior to a move into property, Trevor has held a number of senior leadership roles across retail, leisure and hospitality including Whitbread, Coffee Republic, Phones4U, Jessops and HMV.
Ken draws on extensive experience from the property industry, previously founder and chief executive of Ask, Ken delivered more than 2million sq ft of commercial space in just 13 years.
After exiting Ask, Ken joined Vita as Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships, bringing his experience for nurturing and growing strategic relationships and helping find and deliver new development sites. Ken now heads up acquisitions for Symphony Park and is dedicated for finding exciting new spaces.

Eddie leads Symphony Park’s strategic engagement strategies with local councils and key stakeholders, helping to demonstrate the positive impact the brand can have on its host towns and cities.
Prior to joining the business, Eddie was the Strategic Director of Growth and Development for Manchester City Council in charge of the city’s regeneration strategies, with a clear focus on economic re-positioning and placemaking.

David Ancell has been bringing brands into the world to be seen by millions of people for the last 15 years.
With a passion for creating a deeper affinity with the places people live, than a simple roof over their head, David has helped shaped the product offer and story for a host of living brands including CitySuites, Vita Student and Vita Living and is dedicated to creating a senior living brand which revolutionises the sector.
